Chamber organise follow up to successful event

‘Why Menopause is a workplace issue you can’t afford to ignore’ will be held on Monday 28th March 2022 from 6.00pm for a 6.15pm start in the Court Room at The Town Hall, Romsey.

Following the hugely successful Menopause Awareness event last November, Romsey Chamber has organised a follow-up session. This session will explore how and why menopause is a workplace issue that you can’t afford to ignore and will consider what you can do to begin addressing it in your organisation. Hosted by Jo Ibbott, Executive Menopause Coach with Rt Hon Caroline Nokes MP, we will be exploring findings from the work the Women and Equalities Select Committee is currently undertaking on Menopause and the Workplace.

Ruth Taylor, Nutritionist and Health Coach, will take us through the science and medical aspects, and together we’ll explore what your workplace can do to address this very important issue. If you want to be ahead of the curve, build equity, wellbeing and inclusion and keep experienced, talented people experiencing menopause in your workplace, this session is a must.
